About the Role and Company
Metroc is a Finnish SaaS company dedicated to helping Construction and Real Estate companies discover new building projects. We develop an AI-based Construction Data platform, and our team consists of over 27 enthusiastic professionals. Our goal is to expand our operations further in Finland, Sweden, and beyond!
We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join our Customer Acquisition team and grow our client portfolio, ranging from small businesses to publicly listed companies. In this role, you will be fully responsible for the end-to-end sales process, and you'll be at the forefront of helping our clients grow their business using Metroc’s B2B software. We have ambitious goals and aim to create something exceptional, which requires outstanding teamwork.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Acquiring new B2B clients, including the entire sales process: prospecting, booking, and leading meetings, product demos, contract negotiations, and signing deals. Once deals are secured, you will continue collaborating with the customers to ensure a fruitful long-term relationship with the customers.
Managing a sales pipeline of approximately 30 potential clients per month, which involves active prospecting and outreach to new leads to build your pipeline.
Consulting clients on how they can grow and improve their business using Metroc’s SaaS solutions.
Contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies as part of the team to drive successful growth.

Are just starting your career in sales or are finishing your university studies.
Have some experience in sales or B2B customer service.
Are eager to learn about sales, different industries, companies, people, and business models.
Are interested in consulting B2B clients and helping them succeed.
Have an entrepreneurial mindset, take ownership, and are keen to help develop new ways of working together.
Possess strong communication skills, which will help you build lasting relationships with our clients.
Are goal-oriented, get motivated by reaching targets, and are always keen to improve your skills — and to get there, we will provide you with the support and training you need.
Feel comfortable communicating with our Swedish-speaking customers and using English internally within the company.
Prior experience or a basic understanding of SaaS products or the construction industry is a plus, but not necessary—you’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn on the job!

The compensation for this role will be a combination of monthly base salary and bonuses based on sales performance, totaling approximately 50 000 SEK per month, and Metroc stock options.
