About the Role and Company
Metroc is a Finnish SaaS company dedicated to helping Construction and Real Estate companies discover new building projects. We develop an AI-based Construction Data platform, and our team consists of over 27 enthusiastic professionals. Our goal is to expand our operations further in Finland, Sweden, and beyond!
We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Customer Acquisition team and grow our client portfolio, ranging from small businesses to publicly listed companies. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting new business sales, playing a key role in building successful customer relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential customers and establishing initial contact with them, and you'll be at the forefront of helping our clients grow their business using Metroc’s B2B software.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Identifying potential customers using modern tools and techniques.
Proactively reaching out to new B2B customers through multiple channels to create high-quality sales opportunities. The main channels are phone and email, and you’re expected to conduct 40-50 outreaches per day.
Participating in the initial stages of the sales process and working with the sales team to identify customer needs.

Are just starting your career in sales or are finishing your university studies.
You have some prior experience in sales or working in customer-facing roles, where you have been in contact with customers over a phone, either in B2C or B2B.
You have a strong interest in working with business clients, learning about their operations, and understanding how Metroc’s services can support their success.
You possess a proactive attitude, the ability to take responsibility, and the drive to develop new approaches to promote sales.
You are goal-oriented, motivated to achieve results, and eager to continuously improve—with training and support provided to help you succeed.
You have excellent communication skills.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, as while our company language is English, we serve local customers in Swedish.
Prior experience or a basic understanding of SaaS products or the construction industry is a plus, but not necessary—you’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn on the job!

The compensation for this role will be a combination of monthly base salary and bonuses based on sales performance, totaling approximately 40 000 SEK per month, and Metroc stock options.
