We’ll go through the basic introduction of you and Metroc, discussing more about the company, the role, and your expectations for it to see how they’ll align.

45 minutes

Hiring Manager interview

You’ll meet your future team lead, and will discuss the role at hand more in depth. We’ll spend time talking more about the role, the team and our culture.

1,5 hours

F2F interview at Metroc office

This is our main interview stage to assess your competency for the role. Depending on the role, this stage might include some case exercises or in-depth interview about your core competencies for the role.

30 minutes

Offer

Yayy, it’s a match! As a final step, we’ll have a quick call to walk you through our offer. We’ll introduce our stock option program to you, and go over the compensation and benefits for the role. We really hope you decide to join us!
